ya – to day i tried and found that paypal new withdrawel won’t work india based visa debit cards. But you can use visa credit cards. so why nothing but RBI ( reserve bank of india) have old non sense ( for me !!! only) rules that you can;t get money from internet based services directly. so indian who have visa based debit cards have no luck!!!

You can now withdraw to your Indian Bank account – Yeah!!
Check out the new Withdrawal option in your account.

I regularly transfer funds to my bank through payal but they dont provide any currency conversion certificate, how can i prove to my bank that i earn USD
