2.Change your site DNS server entries to DNS servers given by Cloudflare

How long does it take for your posts to show up on their cache , and same question for the ones that you might want to delete ?
also please : enlighten me about a regular dynamic Joomla! website , what is the expected delays or cons&bros ?
