Reliance netconnect broadband+ once claimed as fastest wireless broadband now became victim of network congestion.Many areas of its coverage now listed as “congestion network areas”. Very less speed of data transfer , even some times less than normal dial up connection and max 256 kbps out of 3.1 Mbps ( MAX capacity).

What is Network congestion?

Network congestion the word making mobile operators sleepless. Unexpected growth of wireless data usage causing high pressure on them. 2010 it self mobile data traffic increased 70%.Mobile operators unable to fulfill the requirement of infrastructure as per wireless data usage growth.

Why sudden hike in mobile data traffic?

Earlier days most of people used services like  Blackberry, for checking mail. Later  Growth in social networking sites, Growth in smartphone  models with good  features   like iphone and growth in mobile broadband user base   caused sudden spike in mobile data traffic.

How Reliance Netconnect broadband+ network  became under performer due to network congestion?

Reliance Net connect broadband+ first HSD  wireless broadband provider in India using EVDO technology. It is more reliable than later entry players like BSNL,TATA Photon etc.Past few months Reliance broadband+  facing network congestion issue in many areas. Relaince keep on saying they are working on this issue.Day by day problem is increasing, no sign of reduction.Clearing network congestion is not that much easy task. But Reliance failed to provide details to customers  about their progress of resolution creation.

Is reliance ignoring EVDO customers as it busy with rolling 3G for its GSM subscribers? Relaince now even giving fee waiver to customers located in congestion areas.Now you can understand the situation.

If you are facing slow net speed, don’t sit and thinking that it will fix by itself. Call them give your PIN code and check its in congestion area or not? If ‘yes’, ask them  fee waiver. Now they are giving fee waiver and suggesting to migrate to lower plan. As they have no time limit on this problem resolution.
