Desktop appearance – themes,wallpapers,3D effects….like many addons backed up many huge desktop computer user base. Why people crazy about desktop outlook?
Windows Vista and Windows 7 even one step ahead and forced to upgrade PC hardware as their desktop effects like Aero won’t work on low hardware Systems.
Why this craziness? Any one who uses their PC won’t sit before empty desktop all the time. Just click or select required program and spends time working with program. Am I right?
I am not saying that all should work from Command line or hard to navigate desktop. Normal desktops like Gnome or Windows 98 are not enough?
Instead of concentrating on this over done graphical stuff, why OS developers concentrate on Efficiency of OS ?
Migrating to latest hardware to run Windows 7 or 2008 is to just for its Desktop graphical effects?
