Why to move from wire line broadband ( landlines) to wireless broadband 3G,Wimax)?
Sounds like why to have laptop as I am having PC?. Based up on individual needs. Comparing laptop and PC is similar to comparing wire broadband and wireless.
- Once upon a time laptop was luxury, now it is basic need. Once upon a time internet is for information reference,sharing. Now it is basic need like electricity. Basic things like movie ticket booking to enterprise business now all online.Day by day more and more services are going online.
- Increased demand of Internet usage and never ending expansion of rural and city areas, it is impossible to provide wire line to every corner for service providers. Infrastructure costs too much to build.
- In future there is much scope of development in wireless technology than wireline.
- Unlike voice service, wireless data service is free of roaming charges. So Internet follows you where ever you are.
- Security – now you can’t trust public shared computers or cybercafe systems.
- Broadband in your pocket and Internet in your wallet
have small usb stick with you and use internet safely.
Migration to 3G broadband costly ?Can you show me some example?

It will show you how easy it is and cheap. purchase one unlocked data card for 1700/- and use any 3G network like Airtel,Aircel,Tata Docomo,Voda. 3G sim costs you just 40/-. Any way if you have 3G mobile phone you can use it as modem and no need to purchase 3G modem.
