3G – current buzz word in India’s telecommunication sector. Unlike 2G, 3G licenses are cherry picked by service providers. Because CDMA providers  already implemented CDMA version of 3G using EVDO. So they din’t show much interest in some states in INDIA.

Little surprise Reliance left Bangalore. Anyway it has strong presence of CDMA EVDO network.

I have tested BSNL and TATA DOCOMO. DOCOMO impressed me. Costly compare to BSNL3G. BSNL 3G suffering with very high burst rate ( it goes to ZERO kbps every 10 seconds and backs to 2-3Mbps).

Please share your experience with 3G provider you are using.
