Without anti virus Windows System for browsing? I can’t even dare to dream. Past 2 years I am using Avast anti virus. Thanks to Avast!. Many times it saved from ‘n’ number of USB drive worms/virus.Multiple times saved by it web shield.
Recently moved to Windows 7 – x64 it ( I know ..I know very very late.. but I am unable to leave Xp as it is working as expected.)Recent laptop upgrade forced me to go with Windows 7.
All went well except VPN and Anti virus. Ciso VPN client failed under x64 bit. Now I am using Nortel VPN client. I don’t think Avast is much Good bet for x64 bit ?I felt slow and using much resources.Its my personal feeling! no benchmark.
Eset nod-32 tried for 30 days. Its amazing under x64 bit. Very light foot print. Purchased it. First time purchased anti virus software!!!. Warm feeling of software purchase is excellent one. Did you ever sense it?
