Can you make 1hr movie with $4 budget

Weekend FUN started. so No tech posts today. One of Indian Friend showed me video made by his friends ( they are doing graduation). 1 hour movie with $4 budget. Yes $ four only :) . They used normal SONY personal digital video camera . No hi-fi stuff.

I am sharing that video with you. SONY still ruling video camera market because of its quality!! What you say ?
