Now you can upload 12 hours video in one shot. Before revealing the catch, lets me tell my test result related Youtube limit. Uploaded video of 2 hrs, and it WORKED!!!

Yes, it is for free and no need to be YouTube creators/ partners. It is open for all. But your YouTube account must be in good reputation. Here reputation means not hits wise, YouTube community violation wise.
How to increase YouTube upload limit?
As I am re designing our blog timewasteblog and want to include many video tutorials. YouTube default 15 mins video upload is not going to work for me.
