FastGlacier is only full featured client for Amazon Glacier as there is no default client released by Amazon up to now.Upton now there is no third part client release with features like FastGlacier.
With FastGlacier amazon Glacier client front end tool, you can upload and download data from Amazon Glacier. It supports multi-part uploads and as well as command line support for data uploads.
