At last cancelled my reliance wimax connection
Today i cancelled my rliance wi-max connection. 2 months it worked great with minor dhcp issues. but line of sight signal system it follows and something went wrong and no proper singal .. so they only told me - sir cancel your connection — hummm.. but one thing their field engineers are worest. By seeing them no one can guess they are employees. worest thing is they don;t know anything except checking signal. i saw 5 pairs of engineers - even one pair don;t know ping command properly in windows. Actually level engineer wants them to ping gateway for 3 mins. in windows we need to give ping -t
for continuoes ping .. these guys using ping xx.xxx.xxx.xx and once it ierminates again preseeing up arrow and hitting enter..oh ! man … nonsense.
so proper signal is there in your area then only go for that.

static ip vs dynamic ip for broadband internet connection
static ip vs dynamic ip for broadband internet connection - which one is better i am pulling out my hair. i want to take static becoz it is easy to connect ( offcourse you can do for dynamic ip by using no-ip.com like services. ) recenlty i want to host some webpages from my own home computer i heard that google never ranks for websites hosted on dynamic ips is that trure?
Dynamic ip means some what security while browseing underground sites and if some one bans restart your modem/router you will back untill unless banned complete domain based on reverse domain.
my experience with india unlimited broadband internet plans
1.my experience with unlimited broadband internet plans
some what iam medium type user of internet , my usage around 20 GB download 15 GB upload per month. so i always prefer 256 kbps unlimited plans. i tried airtel, bsnl data-one,reliance. at first shot i tried 256 kbps ( 32 KB) airtel dsl connection. zyxel router i opt in instead of modem as port forwarding is allowed and nat is in built. i usedit for 1 year.
Later moved to other place in my city and there is no coverage for airtel dsl in that area and hathway is there but local cable wala asking more money with very less bandwidth. 128 kbps - 800 rs
so i moved to BSNL broad band i will experience my bad experience in next post. with 2 months of usage , fed up and closed connection.
Next i moved to reliance wimax - i will post my review in next post. At present i am stick with this connection.
