easy way to migrate wordpress blog,now I am going to show you,  the easy method  for  migration of wordpress.com blog to self hosted wordpress.org blog with out losing google page rank and listing..Recently moved my wordpress.com blog to dedicated server. I followed below mentioned steps.
1. Followed Brian Franklin’s great writing at

2.Next added following  plugings ( privacy policy,theme, sitemap, Google webmaster tools, Google analytics, max banner ads,direct.rightmedia)

Next bingo ! my blog is back to my own hosting server  as it is with out losing page rank , Google listing.
